Polgoon Aval

A light refined drink made in the same way the French have made some of their best sparkling wines!!.
Methode traditionelle is the secondary bottle fermentation that we give our cider, this gives the sparkle and mousse and finish to our unique cider.
Serve as an aperitif, or to accompany food, light meals, fish, etc. We use only the best of English Apples, graded for quality, and with our wine making skills produce a unique taste.
Tasting Notes
This is a lovely, refreshing and very refined drink. Crisp and lively with a fresh nose and fine, persistent mousse, it has delicious perfumed fruit, just off dry with balancing acidity. On the palate, it’s soft and creamy; the fruit is elegant with a long, attractive finish.
